Data controller

The data controller is Martina Squitieri, nutrition biologist, registered with the Order of Biologists of Campania and Molise, Italy (no. AA_100558). For any request about your data, write to the email address shown on the Contact page.

What data I collect

Data you provide voluntarily through the contact form (name, email, phone, reason for contacting and your message) or when booking a call (name, email, chosen date and time, and any notes).

This website uses no profiling cookies and no advertising trackers. Visit statistics, if enabled, are collected in aggregate, anonymous form, without cookies.

Purposes and legal basis

I use your data only to answer your requests and to arrange the discovery call. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Please don’t include detailed health information in the form: if needed, we’ll discuss it during the consultation.

Providers processing data on my behalf

Web3Forms (delivering form messages by email), Cal.com (booking management) and Cloudflare (website hosting). These providers act as data processors and may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

Retention

I keep contact-request data for as long as needed to handle it, and no longer than 24 months, unless a professional relationship begins, in which case legal retention obligations apply.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, object to processing, request portability and withdraw your consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or your local authority.
