The free call

What is the free discovery call?

It’s a 30-minute, no-commitment call where you tell me about your goals and I explain how the programme works, so you can decide whether it’s right for you.

How much does the programme cost?

Cost and duration depend on the programme that suits you best: I’ll explain them clearly during the free call, before you commit to anything.

The programme

Do I need to train or go to the gym to work with you?

No. The plan adapts to your activity level, even if you don’t train or are just getting started. If you like, I’ll help you find ways to fit movement into your routine.

What is body recomposition, and is it right for me?

It’s an approach that aims to reduce body fat and increase muscle mass, rather than chasing a number on the scale. It suits anyone who wants a stronger, more toned body, with or without weight to lose.

Will I have to weigh everything and give up the foods I love?

No. I teach you to manage portions and combinations, and the foods you love have a place in your plan.

Are supplements necessary?

Almost never at the start. If you need any, I’ll explain which ones and why.

Who it’s for

What do you do?

I’m a nutrition biologist and I mainly work on female body recomposition and nutrition for people who train. I help women lose fat, gain tone and have more energy, without extreme diets. I also support weight loss, PCOS, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), pregnancy and breastfeeding, and conditions such as lipoedema.

On social media you mostly talk about body recomposition. Do you work on other things too?

Yes. Recomposition is what I talk about most, but every day I work with very different needs. If you’re not sure your situation is one I can help with, write to me. I’ll tell you honestly and, if needed, refer you to a better-suited colleague.

Do you work with men too?

Yes, I work with men too, using the same personalised method.

What isn’t part of your work?

Diagnosis and drug treatment remain the doctor’s responsibility: I work alongside your doctor, not in their place.
