My story

Food and the body have always been at the centre of my life. I danced for years, and that’s where I started to see how difficult the relationship with food can become, especially for women: the body treated as something to control, food as an enemy.

As I grew up, that awareness only got stronger, along with the belief that there had to be another way. So I made it my work and studied Nutrition Biology at the University of Naples Federico II. Today I help women eat to feel well, not to punish themselves: to nourish the body they want to build and make peace with food.

Hi, I’m Martina

Why women?

Because too often they’re given diets designed for someone else: too few calories, too many sacrifices, results that don’t last. The female body has specific needs at every stage of life, and deserves a plan that respects them.

My approach

  • Listening comes first

Your plan starts from your medical history, blood tests, habits, activity level and tastes.

  • Eating enough

Overly restrictive diets cost you tone and energy: the body changes when it’s nourished, not starved.

  • Health before aesthetics

Aesthetic goals matter, but never at the expense of your cycle, energy and wellbeing.

  • Education, not restriction

You learn to build meals and manage portions, so the results last.

  • Teamwork

When needed, I work alongside your doctor, personal trainer or other specialists.

Outside the office

I love pasta and have no intention of giving it up: I believe the dose makes the poison, not the food. I recharge with long walks and strength training at the gym. Every day I try to do my best, and that’s what I’ll ask of you too: your best, not perfection.
